Reservations

We are able to do some transfers, if it is possible there is a $50.00 fee for the transfer.

It is possible to make a reservation by sending an eTransfer deposit and a cash security deposit at check-in. For full details on this process, please visit our Booking Policy Page.

We are a pet-free, kid-free, adults-only resort that specializes in quiet, romantic getaways.

Barrier Bay Resort is an adults-only getaway that specializes in quiet, romantic getaways.  To ensure that our guests, who are looking for this type of environment, we refer families and groups to one of the many other resorts in the area designed for larger family getaways.

Can I have visitors during my stay?2021-03-16T01:30:33+00:00

Please let the owners ahead of time if you plan to bring non-registered guests to the resort.  Our facilities are for the use and enjoyment of registered guests only.  We don’t mind an occasional visitor during your stay; however, we are an adults-only resort, including visitors.  Guests may not bring pets or children and must leave by 8:00 pm.

No VISITORS policy applies to all weekends

Cabins

You need to bring your food, towels and shampoo/soap. Everything you need to make a meal and serve a meal is in the cabins. We will provide kitchen towels and bedding but not personal towels.

Can I get a non-scent cleaning in my cabin?2021-03-16T01:25:03+00:00

It is possible for guests with scent-sensitivities to ask for a scent-free clean. For an additional fee of $35, we clean with only unscented products and use Norwex antibacterial cleaning products wherever possible and scent-free sheets.

Can I smoke inside the cabin?2021-03-16T01:23:31+00:00

All of our cabins are smoke-free, but smoking outside by your firepit is allowed.

When is Check-In/Check-out time?2021-03-16T01:21:21+00:00

Check-in time is 4:00 pm.

Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Where possible (in the offseason), late checkout or early check-in may be purchased for an additional fee.
